Myofunctional Therapy Services for all ages
Hello, I’m Kirsten (she/her)! I’m a Speech-Language Pathologist, but still a child at heart! I truly believe in the power of learning through play and having fun, which is part of the reason I love my career! Working closely with families allows me to provide quality services while creating strong relationships with everyone involved.
Both my undergraduate and graduate degrees were completed at Minot State University. After graduating, I worked in Calgary, Alberta in the schools and started my private practice. I have now moved back to Saskatoon, SK, where I am originally from and am so excited the practice has expanded to both cities! I am available to provide in person services to clients in Saskatoon and online services for children across Saskatchewan and Alberta! I am co-owner of The Village YXE and operate my own independent business It’s a Speech Thing Inc. in the space. I provide both speech and language services in addition to myofunctional therapy. If you are interested in joining my waitlist for either service, please be sure to get yourself on the correct waitlist through the links above!
While I’m not wearing my SLP hat, I am a new mom to my son, I enjoy baking, spending time with my family, staying active, and of course, watching Netflix!

Speech & Language Services for Age 18 months through Geriatrics
Hello! My name is Brianna. I am a Speech Language Pathologist with 14 years of experience working in the field of Communication Disorders. My interest in speech-language pathology began early in life. Growing up with a younger brother who stutters, I witnessed the social and emotional challenges he faced, as well as the resilience and courage it took to meet new people and build new friendships each time our military family moved. I also had a grandparent whose speech and language were affected by a stroke. These relationships showed me how closely communication is connected to identity, relationships, and the ability to share our thoughts and stories.
I began my career in Ontario as a Communicative Disorders Assistant, supporting adults in outpatient neurorehabilitation, a geriatric day hospital, an adult AAC clinic, and the integrated stroke and acquired brain injury units at Hamilton Health Sciences. I worked with people living with aphasia, apraxia, dysarthria, Parkinson’s disease, Primary Progressive Aphasia, myasthenia gravis, Lewy body dementia, and other neurological conditions. Supporting people through some of the most vulnerable periods of their lives was always a privilege and never just a job. During this time, I also worked part-time milking cows on a dairy farm, which brought a wonderful balance to my week and often gave my patients and me something different to talk about!
After moving to Saskatchewan to be closer to family, I began working in a private SLP clinic, supporting school-aged children with childhood apraxia of speech, speech sound disorders, language development, and social communication goals. I love the energy and curiosity children bring to therapy and the opportunity to celebrate their growing confidence and accomplishments with their families.
I graduated from Minot State University with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology in May 2026. My clinical interests include speech sound disorders, language development, apraxia, aphasia, and helping people with Parkinson’s disease improve their vocal volume, strength, and clarity.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy thrifting, rockhounding, geocaching, photography, reading, and spending time with my husband and family. I look forward to working with children and adults to help them achieve their communication goals at The Village!
