Pelvic Health Services for Pediatrics through Adulthood

Hey there, I’m Bree (she/her)! I graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a degree in Physical Education in 1998 followed by a degree in Physical Therapy in 2001. Since graduation, I have focused my practice on the treatment of pelvic floor disorders, with advanced training in concerns of the bladder, bowel, pregnancy and pelvic pain.

The focus of my treatment is creating balance and strength in the pelvis and core to create a strong base for everyday activities and fitness. Throughout my career, I have taken more than 25 post graduate courses pertaining to the pelvis and pain/dysfunction, including visceral treatment for the abdominal and pelvic organs.

My areas of professional interest include:

  • Bladder and Bowel Concerns

  • Pelvic Pain (endometriosis, PCOS, painful menstrual cycles, persistent low back/sacruum/tailbone pain, abdominal discomfort)

  • Pregnancy

  • Prolapse

  • Surgical Care

  • Menopause

  • Intimacy Concerns

  • Pediatric Visceral Mobilization (ie: for constipation or abdominal pain)

I have always hoped to find a place where I can truly make my work feel like a home for myself and my clients and I have finally found that with The Village YXE!

I am fortunate to be a clinical teaching assistant in the Masters of Physical Therapy program at the University of Saskatchewan and I thoroughly enjoy assisting in the education of physical therapy students.  I was involved as a trainer with the Saskatoon Hilltops Football Club for over a decade and I enjoy assisting with medical care for various other sporting and community events both locally and around Saskatchewan.

I believe in developing a treatment plan with each person that best suits their individual needs, interests and goals. I enjoy educating, using a hands-on approach, and developing an appropriate movement plan as a part of treatment.  I am passionate about helping people of all ages reach their health and life goals.

In my free time, you can find me spending time with my husband, three young sons, family and friends.  I enjoy all outdoor activities including gardening, cycling, hiking and camping. I also enjoy traveling, cooking, baking, attending sporting and community events, playing indoor and beach volleyball, circuit training at a local gym, reading and yoga.

I can’t wait to be a part of YOUR village and to get you back on track in reaching your goals!

Services Across The Lifespan

Hi, I’m Taylor (She/Her)! I was born and raised in Saskatoon. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Distinction in 2023 and then earned my Masters Therapy in 2025 both at the University of Saskatchewan.

My approach to physiotherapy is client-centred and evidence-based, with a strong focus on individualized care that supports meaningful, long-term outcomes. I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan and supporting a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Muscle, joint, and nerve conditions

  • Acute and chronic injuries

  • Persistent pain

  • Post-operative rehabilitation

  • Assisting with return to daily activities, work, or sport

Throughout my education and clinical training, I gained experience in a variety of practice settings, including musculoskeletal-focused private practice, outpatient orthopaedics, multidisciplinary medical environments, inpatient cardiorespiratory care, and long-term care.

These experiences have helped me develop a thoughtful, adaptable approach, tailoring care to each person’s goals and abilities.

My treatment approach integrates therapeutic exercise, exercise prescription and programming, manual therapy, and patient education. I place a strong emphasis on helping clients understand their condition, build the skills and confidence needed to function well in everyday life. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered. I am passionate about building strong connections with my clients and finding fulfillment in helping people achieve their personal goals and return to the activities that bring them happiness and joy!

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I value an active lifestyle and love being outdoors, going on adventures, travelling, and spending time at the lake.

I grew up Ukrainian dancing and playing many sports, and now stay active through strength training, pilates, outdoor walks, golfing, and snowboarding. This appreciation for movement inspires both my approach to care and my passion for helping people move and function with confidence in daily life.

I had the opportunity to complete a clinical placement here at The Village during my schooling and immediately felt a strong sense of community and belonging. I am excited to now be part of the team and look forward to supporting you in your rehabilitation and working together toward your goals!
